I offer a free introductory session (worth £50/$100) to people who are serious about exploring their spirituality and moving toward living more purposfully.

A complimentary call lasts about 30 minutes; there’s no charge if it runs overtime. And there’s no further obligation. It’s just a chance for you to tell me about your situation and goals and to ask some questions. You will experience how coaching can work for you. Quite frankly, I prefer to offer free sessions only to people who are really interested in coaching, so there’s no pressure during the call to sign up.
