I believe that it is your birthright to live a free, abundant and fulfilling life. I also believe that you already possess huge potential and that you can manifest any dreams you may hold. But I also believe that there is not much use in staying stuck....

There is a light within yourself... It is your truth, your essence and the source of all your desires and ambitions. You are a being of choice and you have many opportunities to connect to this light within yourself. However, in today's world, seeing these opportunities can be a challenge when we are blinded by difficulties and struggle. As a qualified coach I can help you to see beyond this so you can confidently explore your new personal, professional and spiritual horizons.

I provide coaching sessions with a spiritual, non-religious approach to help you establish your dreams and goals, identify the obstacles and strategize to overcome the obstacles and lead a winning life. Together, we collaborate to help you shape a life that's more balanced and fulfilling. Through powerful, inspiring and comfortable coaching sessions, we will create a partnership to:

- Identify your goals (what do you really want from life?)

- Identify the obstacles to obtaining these goals

- Find solutions to the obstacles (solutions that are perfect for you!)

As your coach I will:

- Challenge you to define what a winning life REALLY means to you

- Hold you accountable to ensure you live up to your potential

- Provide support and structure to help you accomplish more

- Keep you better focused to produce results you have dreamed about

- Always be honest and direct

- Maintain confidentiality

During our coaching sessions, I :

- Offer a safe space to develop yourself spiritually

- Listen on multiple levels continually

- Ask powerful, direct questions

- Genuinely appreciate, endorse and support you

- Assist in setting goals, planning and strategising

- Make powerful requests to deepen your process between sessions

- Give perspectives, options, and suggestions to create awareness and catalise your own solutions

- I uphold the professional standards and ethical guidelines of the International Coach Federation (ICF)

Most of my clients book the standard coaching package (three 1 hour coaching sessions per month). There will never be an obligation for you to continue beyond the month that we have scheduled. It is also possible to book individual sessions.

In each coaching session, you choose the focus of conversation while I listen and offer observations and insights. I will also ask powerful questions to help you clarify your situation and keep you focused. Through our conversations, we will identify action steps to help you design the life of your dreams!

Coaching sessions are usually done by phone (the client calls me on my UK landline), but face-to-face sessions are also possible. You can call me for free if you have Skype.
