40-Minute Sitting Meditation


This is my rendition of a traditional full mindful sitting meditation (40 minutes) as typically taught during the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme. It is comprehensive in guidance yet also contains ample silence and spaciousness for practice. (Words inspired by the CMRP team at Bangor University.)
