the
stillpoint
sessions

When I’m listening to you, it’s not just me listening. There’s an inner spirit, too. I’ve always known this. It’s a resource I have access to that isn’t easily explained, but offers real insight.

A recent client of my new stillpoint sessions puts it beautifully:

“I can't wait to share how I continue to derive benefits on a daily basis from operating out of the three insights we identified in our first stillpoint session. It is quite mind-boggling how powerful this trio is in centering my relationship to the world. It feels a bit like a miracle.

I attribute how easily and readily we came to the insights to your unique skills and gifts. First, I can hardly imagine a coach as ready and able to meet me right where I am as opposed to where it's convenient for the coach. Of course you have training, knowledge, and experience, and I perceive that these tools are ever at the ready. However, what makes you outstanding is your ability to listen not just with a sympathetic and attentive ear but with an inner spirit alert to currents running underneath the words and to identify those currents in clear and immediately useful language.

I love the format and process of the stillpoint sessions; they are absolutely right for me, and I look forward to more.” (Maria N. - New York, shared with permission.)

stillpoint sessions: Gentle, intuitive conversations offering clarity with my signature blend of:

right mindfulness | insight through awareness (but without gimmicks)
grounded spirituality | insight through intuition (but without bypassing)
unconventional coaching | insight through exploration (but not scripted)

A different kind of conversation for a different kind of seeker:

The seeker who’s done with traditional self-help.

The seeker who’s done with the same old questions they already know the answers to.
The seeker who senses other resources exist, and is ready to tap into them.

While intuitive in nature, this exploration is rooted in responsibility and accountability.

Because I believe the most spiritual thing we can do is to take full ownership of our humanity. And to become aware of, and let go of, our dependence on external, overly-commercialised motivation.

These sessions are not a replacement for therapy (I’m a huge advocate of it), but perhaps a complement. I love contemplative wisdom, modern psychology, and neuroscience. I know many phenomena have logical explanations underpinned by cognitive and neural mechanisms. I work with a therapist, coach, and supervisor myself. My 4-year Master’s in Mindfulness keeps things real.

But I also work with a quiet resource that offers real insight.

This has always been the way for me.

I’ve supported academics, architects, and business leaders in finding meaning beyond metrics. I’ve helped learning & development professionals, coaches, and wellbeing leaders reconnect with their inner light. And I’ve held space for total strangers, in unexpected moments and places, who left with unexpected insight.
