"This resource is invaluable. Grateful for all the work you do in this hugely important area"

“Really useful in helping me provide options in class that are neuro-affirming”

What’s inside the 60-page toolkit:

  • A helpful glossary of terms

  • The Seven Spokes of the Skilful Teaching Wheel

  • Practical ideas for creating accessible learning environments

  • How to guide neuro-affirming, trauma-informed practices

  • Ways to adapt traditional mindfulness didactic teaching

"Just finished reading this excellent Neurodiversity for Mindfulness Teachers guide! Christoph and Liezl don't just say what not to do but how to do it differently. For me that's invaluable, and what makes this work a true practical and educational guide.

What I most appreciate is:

  • The examples given of how to be and say things differently

  • The clarity of language

  • The glossary of terms

  • The summary one-page overview of what to remember and to practice

What a vital resource for any mindfulness teacher / trainer / supervisor who takes ethics in teaching seriously and who are committed to learning and educating oneself."
