Mentoring

They never warn you about this, but things can get lonely when your Mindfulness course has ended.

You’re practising. You’re committed. Yet somehow the path feels solitary.

But you don’t have to go it alone!

I offer Mindfulness Mentoring: One-to-one support for deepening your practice.

Mindfulness Mentoring is a dedicated space to reflect on and nourish your personal mindfulness journey. Whether you're looking to sustain motivation, navigate challenges, or simply reconnect with what drew you to practice in the first place, mentoring can offer steady, compassionate support.

Together, we may explore:

  • Developing or adapting your formal and informal practice

  • Integrating mindfulness more fully into daily life

  • Cultivating qualities like self-kindness, appreciation, and equanimity

  • Meeting resistance or restlessness with curiosity

  • Choosing and preparing for retreats

  • Exploring post-retreat reflections and how to carry insights forward

  • Deepening your understanding of the psychological, Buddhist, and neurobiological foundations of mindfulness practice

  • Staying connected to meaning and purpose in your practice

Unlike mindfulness-based supervision (which supports mindfulness teachers), mentoring is for anyone with an established practice. It’s an opportunity to pause, reflect, and receive guidance — so your practice can stay alive, relevant, and sustaining.

You’re welcome to book either a 30-minute or 60-minute mentoring session — whatever suits your needs, pace, and schedule.

If you are considering mentoring, do contact me so we can talk about what is involved and whether we might be a good fit.

I offer concessionary places. Please don't hesitate to ask.

I look forward to working with you!
